We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic SDR to strengthen our team and help our sales team become more effective.

FULL-TIME · AMSTERDAM

Our customers are often surprised by how effective our tool makes their PR team and wish they could have used us earlier. Obviously we'd like many more customers to find us and have the benefit of using our solutions. 

We are looking for someone to join us in our Sales Development efforts and increase the number of potential customers for our tools. This means helping our sales team search and select new target customers and qualifying that they are a good fit.

That's were you come in.

You will help generate leads, fine tune our sales process, hone the messaging across every step of the pipeline. Join us and over time we will help you grow into a full-blown account executive with buckets of autonomy, clear purpose in vision and mastery of your craft.

What you'll be doing

  • Research, identify, and prospect new customers.
  • Communicate with prospects and leads proactively, via phone and email, engaging target decision makers at all levels.
  • Enrich data available in CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Pitch value propositions with decision maker (via video call's, phone or face-to-face).
  • Verify that leads qualify according to pre-determined criteria
  • Transition warm leads (SQL's) to our Account Executives
  • Consistently deliver against assigned targets (activities performed and leads generated) while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding sales experience for our prospects.
  • Help improve our outbound and inbound sales process to help create a well-oiled scalable and repeatable process.

Your impact

Our customers are all brands that are leading the way on how corporations communicate with their audience. Leaving the old way of PR and spin behind them and making place for transparency and communicating from a clear purpose.

Your work will directly improve the working day of the thousands of people using pr.co to do their job, but also the reporters our customers communicate with, and the people engaging with our customers' newsrooms.

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service, outbound sales, or marketing experience.
  • Sales driven and highly analytical, capable of multitasking.
  • Knowledgeable in cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly, how they all work together.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem solving skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, IT or relevant field (Preferred)

We're an ambitious close-knit group of talented people, working hard to change the world of corporate communications. Besides the office we also spend a lot time together on boat trips, company retreats, festivals, and conferences.

We are a young company so a lot of the things we do are new, which means we learn a lot every day. Because we're a small team, you get a lot of responsibility and therefore have the freedom to work on what you think is right.

We work from the TQ office in the hart of Amsterdam, a beautiful place with a tight community of other ambitious companies. Relax at the ping pong or Foosball table, play a game of badminton or enjoy the view on the roof terrace overlooking the Munt. There's also plenty of free events being held, the awesome club area to work from, and drinks every Friday.
